1 — Research to decision
I use research to make scope, prioritization, and workflow decisions — not to produce documentation. Every discovery phase ends with explicit product recommendations tied to operational or behavioural evidence.
2 — Scope resolved before sprint execution
The most expensive delivery problems I’ve seen were caused by unresolved stakeholder conflicts surfacing during implementation. I run shaping and alignment sessions before sprint planning begins.
3 — Business and behavioural metrics defined together
Completion, confidence, adoption, retention, operational cost reduction, and workflow speed should support the same product direction. I align product and operational metrics before roadmap execution begins.
